Account Manager
Account Managers interface with Collision Repair customers and Insurance carriers to ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiencies, and communications are maintained, to achieve compliance, quality, and profit goals.
Qualified candidates must have solid interpersonal and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and ability to learn software applications related to Auto Collision Industry.
Sales Advisor (Estimator)
Provide written job appraisals for collision and automotive work. Work with customers, insurance personnel and dealerships to provide the best repair experience while demonstrating Legendary Service. Coordinate communications and repair information between the customer and insurance companies. Work with location manager and production manager to provide the optimum number of vehicle repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications for job include a minimum of five years of experience. Good oral and written skills, well organized, detail-oriented, punctual, excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of metal/refinish replacement and repair techniques. A.S.E. and I-CAR certifications are preferred.
Estimator Helper (Jr. Estimator)
Provide estimators with assistance imaging and mapping vehicles; assist with administrative tasks, customer communications, and vehicle repair coordination. Helpers with work directly with a journeymen estimator learning the technical side of estimating with an expectation they too will become a journeymen estimator.
Qualified candidates will have a working knowledge of Windows based computer systems, have good oral and written skills, be organized and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry.
Metal Technician
Perform structural, body, and panel repairs on designated vehicles. Disassemble, restore and complete vehicle repairs to match pre-accident conditions.
Qualifications for job include minimum of five years of experience, have your own tools, and must have I-CAR and ASE certifications, ability to perform welding, structural, and body repairs following industry, I-CAR, and shop standards.
Metal Technician Helper
Perform body and panel repairs on designated vehicles. Disassemble, restore and complete vehicle repairs to match pre-accident conditions.
Qualifications for job include assisting journeymen Metal Technicians disassembling and reassembling vehicles, learning structural and welding techniques, obtaining I-CAR and ASE certifications and building skillsets and tools to become a journeyman Metal Technician.
Painter
Apply spray able fillers, primers and top coat refinishes. Mix toners and base colors on electronic mixing scales to achieve a quality color match.
Qualifications for job include at least five years’ experience with mixing, matching, spraying and blending vehicle refinish materials. Technician should be Paint Manufacturer, I-CAR, and A.S.E. certified. Knowledgeable on the use of air sanders, spray guns, and sanding blocks.
Paint Prepper
Perform paint preparation procedures within the paint department. Assist lead paint staff with paint and related activities.

Customer Service Representative
Greeting customers, on the telephone and in person, is your most important responsibility because you represent the customer’s first impression of our company. Additional responsibilities include determining customer needs, updating customers on the status of their vehicles, directing phone calls, word processing, filing and completing insurance required paperwork.
Qualifications for job include but are not limited to excellent communication and people skills, being organized, word processing abilities and data entry. Must possess basic office equipment and computer skills.
Parts Manager
Order parts expeditiously and check for accuracy of all deliveries, verifying that each order is accurate, complete and matches the vendor’s invoice.
Check all parts on incoming jobs to avoid delays. Participate in daily release meetings and supply updates and return incorrect or unnecessary parts for credit. Keep parts room and storage area neat, clean and organized. Maintain optimum margins attainable for all materials and parts and occasionally pick up parts from vendors warehouses. Position requires positive attitude with vendors, customers, employees and maintaining a professional business image
Qualifications for job include at least two years’ experience in retail ordering and Excellent communication and people skills; organized;
Call Center Representative
Telephone customer service skills is the most important responsibility because you represent the customer’s first impression of our company. Candidates will work closely with other call center staff members as wells as locations staff to coordinate assignment and vehicle workflow among our locations. Empathy is vital to this process. You will be handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email regarding the repair process, as well as scheduling appointments for the customers. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures in the management system, obtain missing customer information, and follow up calls when necessary.
Qualifications for job include, but are not limited to; excellent communication and a clear desire to help and care for our customers and internal team. Candidate must be self-motivated, organized, possess word processing abilities, be able to deal with repetition and have attention to detail with data entry. Qualified candidates must possess basic office equipment and computer skills and be able to work in a small cubicle environment.
