Antioch ADAC (Auto Damage Assessment Center) & Training Center
To better serve our customers and insurance partners, Mike’s Auto Body established its Antioch Damage Assessment Center (ADAC) in 2015. Once any vehicle is determined to be economically infeasible to repair, it is transported to Mike’s Auto Body’s ADAC facility in Antioch for final processing. This creates a more efficient method for all parties involved and expedites the process in a seamless fashion, saving time and providing better customer service overall.
In most cases, it allows the customer to receive their insurance check faster and it also makes all of us more efficient at our jobs here at Mike’s Auto Body, one of the premier collision repairers in northern California.
By accommodating this need (10-15% of all the cars we get in our several locations every month are deemed not economically feasible to repair) we’re on the cutting-edge of operational methods in everything we do here at Mike’s. ADAC is an extension of our approach of doing a better job for all of our customers and partners.
This center is also serves as our training center. We have 10,000 square feet dedicated to training the region’s newest collision professionals. The curriculum combines classroom instruction with hands-on training. The instructors in the program are highly experienced and certified in their respective fields of expertise to ensure this condensed program will be one of the best training programs of its type in the country.
