Mike’s Auto Body – Pleasanton purchased Gil’s Auto Body to kick off the 2020 New Year. Gil’s Auto Body was a family run shop with similar values to ours. Established in 1988, Gil’s served the Tri-Valley area for over 20 years. Mike’s Auto Body is proud to now service the Tri-Valley region.
Mike’s Auto Body- Pleasanton was recently awarded the Green Repair Network certification, a program sponsored by CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, that recognizes auto repair facilities committed to environmental sustainability.
By meeting or exceeding the requirements of the Green Repair Network program, Mike’s Auto Body- Pleasanton is joining an elite group of independent repair shops dedicated to responsibly interacting with the planet to maintain our natural resources.

CSAA Insurance Group is committed to environmental sustainability to help protect our planet and better serve our customers, communities, and employees. The company created the program in 2020 to recognize auto repair facilities that follow strict standards around emissions, pollutants, and water and electricity usage.

Jeff is a passionate and highly dedicated member of the Mike’s Auto Body team at our Pleasanton location. By stressing quality and working hard to make every repair seamless and completed on-time, he impresses his customers and his co-workers at Mike’s Auto Body in Pleasanton with his approach to customer service and leadership. Jeff teaches by showing his people the best way of doing things—from proactively communicating with clients all the way to interacting with them during and after each and every repair. Jeff Reeder has been with Mike’s Auto Body for 10 years now and possesses a total of more than 15 years in the automotive collision industry overall.
The thing I am most proud of is the use of technology to be able to communicate with our customers by what their preferences are. The amount of technology and materials that are used to create safer vehicles is amazing and Mike’s has spent a lot of time to stay up-to-date on repair procedures and processes to make sure we are repairing each and every vehicle per OEM factory guidelines.
