A: 10 Years with a year break right before coming to Brentwood in earlier this year

A: The feeling of accomplishment when a customer picks up to see their vehicle that they can not tell was even repaired
Q: What do you do when you’re not working at Mike’s Auto Body?
A: Spend time with my family, camp, ride dirt bikes, ride my Harley & street bikes, work on cars, gardening, work on my house

A: Cars is pretty much my biggest interest
Q: What is one thing you want to do in your life (Bucket List?)
A: Go to the Ron Fellows Corvette racing school

A: Oakland A’s and Raiders

A: Camping, racing my ‘64 Corvette, gardening, riding bikes of all kinds, drinking on a patio anywhere

A: 1964 Lincoln Continental convertible and because it is just cool

A: My Dad because we did not get enough time together
Q: What are some of the customer service things you’re proud of at Mike’s Auto Body and describe your view of what exceptional customer service is?
A: The thing I am most proud of is the use of technology to be able to communicate with our customers by what their preferences are
Q: What are some of the changes you’ve seen in this industry over the years and how has Mike’s Auto Body reacted to these?
A: The amount to technology and materials that are used to create safer vehicles and Mikes has spent a lot of time to stay up to date on repair procedures and processes to make sure we are repairing vehicle per OEM guidelines
