A: Communicating with customers and technicians brings me a lot of joy. My favorite saying is people helping people. I also enjoy the meeting a customer when they pick up since the first time, they saw us was not the best time for them.

A: I enjoy fishing, shooting clay targets, camping in my trailer and playing with my son and helping him build Legos.

A: A 1970 Hemi Barracuda in yellow as a convertible because Don Johnson played Nash Bridges in the TV show and he drove that car and he was my idol.

Q: What Are Some of The Customer Service Things You’re Proud of At Mike’s Auto Body and Describe Your View of What Exceptional Customer Service Is?
A: I am proud of the organization and flow that Mike’s Auto Body utilizes to repair cars back to their pre-accident condition. It sets us up with a more streamlined repair process that helps our customer service tremendously. My view of customer service is first to have a quality repair to give to the customer followed by a caring and sympathetic understanding of what they’ve gone through and how we are here to correct it.
Q: What Are Some of The Changes You’ve Seen in This Industry Over the Years and How Has Mike’s Auto Body Reacted to These?
A: I have seen new advancements in metals and metal repairs as well as a critical eye for safety systems being recalibrated after a loss and a general deeper understanding of how these systems work. Mike’s has implemented processes to make sure the right repair is being performed and has even set up 2 locations to have aluminum repairs performed. We also have guidelines for Advanced safety system recalibrations and a checklist to ensure safety after a repair.
