“Today I experienced customer service to the highest of levels! My car ran out of gas literally on Mike’s Auto Body doorstep! This has not happened since I was 18 years of age (a long while ago). I found James who turned out to be beyond helpful to getting my car up and running so I could get to the gas station across the street! There is a lot to be said for people and companies that help not only paying customers, but also show basic general kindness and human interaction! “This location provided excellent customer service and quality body work with a quick turnaround. I was impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff and the technicians. I was welcomed into their small waiting area by the receptionist and after checking in, I waited for a short time in one of the chairs while drinking one of their complimentary bottles of water. The technician emerged from the back area and spoke with me, with respect, about the issues that needed to be fixed. I was able to pick up the vehicle within three days!”
